The Chapman: A creative collaboration between Renauld and The Chapman Trust that celebrates the legacy of Colin Chapman - one of Formula One's greatest innovators, an engineering genius, and Lotus Team Boss.

The Chapman is a limited edition sunglasses collection that reimagines the sunglasses worn by Colin during the 1973 season - one of the most successful eras for Team Lotus. 

Chapman and The Iconic Black Hat*: Chapman's black hat became a signature – worn at every race from 1973 onwards and famously thrown into the air in celebration after each Team Lotus victory. Over time, the hat has become a symbol of Chapman's iconic status in the world of F1 and an emblem of Team Lotus's racing achievements.

The Chapman Victory: 

Capturing the bold style that Colin set in the F1 pitlane during the adventurous Seventies, featuring a distinct temple band with a repeating circular cut-out, The Chapman Victory pays homage to Colin's philosophy of design elegance and practical engineering, which included fundamental principles such as, "There's nothing lighter than a hole".

Features an authenticated part of a button from Colin's trademark hat, embedded within the Renauld Keepsake Marque, set within the temple of the sunglasses. The hat rests in the Chapman Family archive curated by Clive Chapman, Colin's son, who remains deeply committed to preserving and celebrating the history of Team Lotus.
