Renauld and the Steve McQueen® Estate are proud to announce a collaboration with Le Mans® to produce a limited edition sunglasses known as the Steve McQueen® Le Mans® collection.

Steve McQueen will always be remembered as the 'King of Cool', and throughout the 60s was an enthusiastic collector of sunglasses. The 1970 film, Le Mans® is a cult classic and over the last 54 years has steadily grown in popularity. Using ground-breaking filming techniques, McQueen pushed the boundaries of capturing live race sequences. During the filming, McQueen wore a cherished pair of sunglasses, and we are very proud to have been selected by the Estate to reproduce these for the first time since the film's release in 1970.

The Steve McQueen® Le Mans® sunglasses are presented 'as worn' by McQueen during filming and are limited to 350 pieces for the season.

During privileged meetings with the McQueen family, Renauld was given exclusive access to McQueen’s personal racing memorabilia including the Porsche 911S, which was purchased by McQueen after completing the film and is an exact replica of the car he used in Le Mans.
